We are more than happy and would prefer a phone call with urgent cancer referrals. We will ensure these patients take priority and be seen within 1 week. Referrals can be faxed to the rooms by following the details on the "Get in contact" page or emailed via "GP Link" below and uploading the referral as a PDF attachment.
All patients do require a referral from a general practitioner or specialist to see one of our Colorectal Surgeons for the first time.
New patients are asked to arrive 10 min prior to your appointment to fill out some information and please also bring;
Referrals are to be faxed or emailed to our practice for triage before an appointment can be made. On receipt of the referral our staff will contact you. You will be sent a letter and information regarding your appointment and a SMS reminder will be sent 3 days prior to your appoinment.
